This has been resolved. All mail flow should be back to normal now.

Identified
We have identified degraded performance in our Mailchannels Cloud SMTP service. You may see more than usual rejections specifically with a "SDNF" error code. We have also identified that this issue is isolated to one of our clusters. We have moved all outbound traffic to the fully working cluster as of 17:15 UTC time.

Our operations team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution.

We will update here as and when we have more information to share.
