Intermittent SMTP Connection Failures in Outbound Service

All outbound emails are now being delivered and we are currently not seeing any intermittent issues.

The emails that are backed up in the upstream servers should be clearing emails out from the queues now. If necessary, flush the queues to start the delivery process. If you continue to see issues, please contact support at support@mailchannels.com.

We will post a postmortem as soon as possible.

A fix has been implemented. We are now monitoring the service for any issues.
