Update
MailChannels entered an incorrect field into a DNSSEC DS record for mailchannels.net, causing name resolution errors. The incorrect DS record was promptly removed from the DNS; however, because of DNS caching, it may take some time for this change to propagate to the entire DNS. Please purge any DS records for mailchannels.net; our registrar (GoDaddy) is already publishing the correct record set and this should bring things back into operation.

We are continuing to monitor this.

Monitoring
The issue seems to be due to a DNS change and should resolve itself as the change propagates through the global DNS. Please try flushing your DNS in the meantime.
